I can't help but wonder...

So I'm at home for the weekend, and though I'm happy to be home, something that I miss terribly when I'm at home is my computer... The computers in the basement are sub-par and my brother is very possessive of the ones in his bedroom....

I'm sitting here, on a lap top at johns desk. John is 17 and male, so you can picture the room, it is messy, there is computer stuff everywhere, guitars and guitar stuff, everything hanging on the walls has to do with Ferrari.... There is almost as much camping equipment that would be needed to climb mount Kilimanjaro.... There is this general area by his closet and dresser that is the clothing pile.... The cleaning lady piles clean clothes on top of a plastic basket that can hold god knows what.... DO you get the picture??

so I'm sitting here and there is this note on top of all his papers on his desk... An 8 1/2 by 11 sheet, folded in half, with the solitary word "socks" written on it in big letters on an angle like it is supposed to remind him to do something....

what I want to know is, WHAT is the note supposed to remind him of?
is it to wear socks?
is it to take off socks?
is it to change socks?
is it to wash socks?
is it to pack socks?
is it to buy socks?
